What is TeleHUB? +
One platform that combines email (bulk and transactional), a WhatsApp inbox with AI, and a sales CRM. The model is GoHighLevel-style, but with Spanish-first support, on our own infrastructure, at indie pricing. Instead of paying for three tools and duct-taping them together, everything lives in one panel.
How is it different from Doppler, Brevo or Mailgun? +
Three things. Price: more volume for less than the big providers (see live plans below). Language: real support in Spanish and English — not out-of-hours English tickets. Infrastructure: we send from our own servers (Postal), not reselling a third party — so we can actually protect sending reputation.
Will my emails reach the inbox? +
That’s what we protect most. Every domain ships with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and BIMI configured, and the sending posture scores 10/10 on mail-tester. We also protect shared reputation with bounce and abuse controls: if a list is dirty, it gets stopped before it burns everyone’s IP.
What if I exceed my monthly email limit? +
We warn you before you hit the cap — not after with a surprise invoice. You can upgrade anytime, or if your volume is high and steady, move to Scale (+1M/month) with volume pricing talked through one-to-one.
Can I pay yearly? +
Yes — and it pays off: yearly is 12 months for the price of 10 (two months free). And if you start during launch, the first 6 months are half price.
