02Information We Collect

All information TeleHost, Inc. collects from customers is necessary for proper operation of the platform.

Account registration information

When you register with TeleHost, we ask for minimal information: email address and password. In some cases we may ask for more, such as your first and last name, identity verification and contact details.

Sign-in information

We collect Google Login scope and Email scope; please see Google OAuth2 and Facebook email scopes.

Identity verification

To comply with rules set by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (“ICANN”) before registering a new domain name, TeleHost, Inc. may collect identity verification information.

Payment information

To request and use features of the TeleHost Platform, we may ask you to provide certain financial information to facilitate payment processing. We use third-party payment processors, so we do not collect or store credit card information.

Communications, chats and messaging

When you communicate with TeleHost, we collect information about your communication and any information you choose to provide.

Website visitors and users

We may also collect information related to visitors and users of our Users’ websites or services, solely for and on behalf of our Users.

03Legal Basis for Processing

TeleHost, Inc. processes the information provided under the legal basis of:

• Your permission when you voluntarily submit personal data through our channels, such as emails, registration forms and/or inquiries.
• Performance of agreements between TeleHost, Inc. and the user.
• Pursuit of TeleHost’s legitimate interests as platform operator.
• Compliance with a legal obligation to which TeleHost, Inc. is subject, including but not limited to ICANN rules.

04Disclaimer

Please always take care and respect at least the following minimum requirements for protecting your personal information:

• Avoid using your name, address, phone number, email, personal ID number, date of birth, bank account number, card number, other special (confidential) data, etc. in the request subject or file name.
• Avoid using your personal code, payment card number and other financial, health, family-member or other specific (confidential) data in the body of requests, emails or similar communications with us.
• Ensure any remaining personal data are provided only to the extent necessary for the purposes of the letter, request or inquiry.

05Right to Erase Your Data

You may update or delete your data at any time. To deactivate your TeleHost account, email support@telehost.net and our team will assist you.

06Automatic Data Collection

When you use the TeleHost Platform or communicate with us directly through any channel, we may collect information, including personal information, about the services you use and how you use them.

Log data and device information

We automatically collect log data and device information when you access and use the TeleHost Platform, even if you have not created a TeleHost Account or are not signed in. That information includes, among other things:

• Internet Protocol (IP) addresses
• Browser type
• Internet service provider (ISP)
• Referring/exit pages
• Operating system
• Date and time of access
• Clickstream data

07Sharing Information

We may share information in aggregated and anonymous form with third parties, including researchers and advertisers. For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about general use of our Platform.

If we take part in a merger, reorganization, acquisition or sale, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of Personal Data and will send appropriate notices to all affected Users.

08Security

TeleHost has implemented security measures designed to protect the Personal Information you share with us, including physical, electronic and procedural measures. Among other things, we offer secure HTTPS access to most areas of our Services.

We also regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and continually look for new approaches and third-party services to further improve the security of our Services and the privacy of our visitors and users.

09Rights

You have several rights regarding protection of your Personal Data, subject to the limitations, restrictions and conditions set out in the GDPR and applicable laws. Those rights are:

• The right to erase any data concerning you
• The right to restrict processing of data
• The right to object to processing of Personal Data when processing is based on legitimate interests
